Jeep Safari / Canter Safari charges are non-refundable. Current booking safari charges will be refunded only in case the booking is not confirmed.
75% Refund - If cancellation is made before 271 or more days from the date of visit.
50% Refund - If cancellation is made before 181–270 days from the date of visit.
25% Refund - If cancellation is made before 90–180 days from the date of visit.
0% Refund - If cancellation is made within 90 days from the date of visit.
Refunds will be issued within 5–6 working days after receiving your request.
All reservations for use of any facility including entry and stay in Sariska Tiger Reserve are provisional in nature and are subject to modification or cancellation by the Field Director, Sariska Tiger Reserve without assigning any reasons.
Making a reservation implies your agreement to all terms and conditions mentioned here. There shall be no cancellation or refund for any safari under any circumstances and no request shall be entertained for refund or rescheduling of safari bookings.
You have to pay full fees in advance to make safari bookings.
ID proof is mandatory for each and every visitor.
No refund or cancellation is permitted on confirmed bookings.
Booking is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with anyone.
You must carry the same ID card submitted during online booking.
You can book your safari a maximum of 90 days in advance.
Passport details are mandatory for foreign tourists for making reservations.
Safari permits are issued on a first come, first serve basis subject to availability.
The park may remain closed without prior notice to visitors.
In case of fee revision after booking, visitors must pay the difference at the time of park entry.
Visitors are required to report at the boarding point 15 minutes before safari departure.
If you book a safari for the next day, it will be considered a current booking and all current booking rules will apply.
In regard to refund of unused or unutilized services paid for and cancelled in advance, the refund amount will be calculated according to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
The refund amount will be transferred to the person who made the payment. Please note that the refund process may take 2–4 weeks due to banking procedures.
If the refund is made to a credit card account or bank account, applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any increase in monument entry fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India after finalization of the tour cost will be charged extra.
TIT Travels Co acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing services.
All itineraries are sample itineraries and may change due to weather conditions, road conditions, or participant requirements.
Hotel and airline rates may change without prior notice and revised rates will apply accordingly.
We are not responsible for delays, alterations, or expenses caused directly or indirectly by natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, weather conditions, sickness, landslides, or political closures.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused directly or indirectly by fire, theft, epidemics, strikes, riots, transport breakdowns, or any causes beyond our control.
We do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, theft, or any other losses. Visitors are advised to arrange their own insurance before travelling.
All baggage and personal belongings remain entirely at the client’s own risk at all times.
